- Core responsibilities for the role is the implementation of both a Global LIMS system (Labware V7) and Global Chromatography Data System (Chromeleon V7.2) as both a project manager and technical lead
- Harmonization of both the LIMS and CDS system between all 6 sites in the Polypeptide Group
- Configuration and infrastructure setup of both the LIMS and CDS systems
- Data migration from the current LIMS V5 system on the Malmo site to the Global LIMS system
- This was done together with Labware consultant Mattias Lidqvist
- The work includes designing the migration concept, mapping the V5 database to the V7 database, writing SQL scripts and subroutines to migrate and verify the migrated data and SQL admin tasks to manage the various databases and database copies involved
- Maintaining the live systems in a validated state and supporting user issues
- This includes handling service requests and incidents, processing change requests and performing periodic reviews on the various systems
- Managing the infrastructure needs of both the LIMS & CDS applications in conjunction with our infrastructure service provider
- Creating and updating crystal reports for both the LIMS V5 system currently on the Malmo site and the Global LIMS system
- Creating and updating the validation documentation for both the LIMS and CDS systems
- This includes writing functional specifications, design specifications and OQ scripts
- Creation and update of the Global SOPs for both the LIMS and CDS systems.
