My research, which I have managed all the steps of the medical school in the 2nd grade. Although I got the approval of the ethics committee and my research was found successful by my professors, Tübitak did not approve my project. Therefore, the necessary funds were not found and I could not realize the project.
The project subject was an in vitro experiment on the rat bladders of isotretinoin. My thesis was that isotretinoin caused an overactive bladder. Impacts on female and male, adolescent and adult would be explored separately.
