Anna Takeda

Anna Takeda is classically Trained Thai/Japanese Violinist with extensive experience in Solo performance, Chamber music, orchestral works and recording works in diverse genres of music.

The New York Concert Review published a review of her solo performance with the Ureuk symphony orchestra at Merkin Hall, Manhattan in October 2018. They said that “Ms. Takeda gave a sweet-toned, elegant, always polished rendition that worked well... she was always convincing... her intonation and virtuosity were immaculate."

• First Prize in the 1st Australian Music Examination Board Competition, 2002, Thailand
• Won 3 consecutive Gold Medals from the Thai National Youth Music Competition, 2002-2004, Thailand.
• Winner of the Espoir prize of the 6th Osaka International Music Competition, Japan
• Finalist in the 64th All Japan Music Competition in Tokyo, Japan.
• Winner of Fuchs competition for chamber music 2017, 2018, 2019
