• I am temporarily hired to work as a specialist in the Swedish Tax Agency. My main task is to review and investigate cases/applications.
• The Swedish Tax Agency has currently a project concerning governmental electricity support to companies due to the high electricity prices.
• Businesses with operations in electricity price areas 3 and 4 could apply to the Swedish Tax Agency for electricity support. This subsidy was provided to businesses to cover their future costs. However, the amount granted was determined by a business’s electricity consumption during the period 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022.
• I have successfully reviewed and issued decisions on 200+ applications.

• I worked as an in-house lawyer in the Legal Support unit and has main responsibility in matters concerning Insolvency Law in matters concerning the governmental short-term support.
• Monitoring of the authority's receivables in bankruptcies; I drafted monitoring submissions and other legal documents when necessary.
• Legal support to bankruptcy administrators - I ensured that any decisions that are sent out in bankruptcy cases were legally correct.
• I held weekly meetings with case managers where we discussed cases and other issues where they needed support.
• I was responsible for managing of ongoing company restructurings.

• Development of new routines and instructions - I have helped to establish clear and consistent instructions for administrators and legal investigators.
• Ensures that our processes comply with applicable law - I contribute to guarantee the legal security and the rights to the individual who has an ongoing case in the Government agency.
• Development of current processes and solutions - I have contributed to internal changes within the agency and improvements in the structure of the legal decisions.
• Support colleagues with legal assistance - I work with a group of colleagues who are not lawyers, so my legal skills are needed in many aspects. I support them with, inter alia, reviewing legal decisions and ensure that it's in alignment with the law.

• I investigated cases for which companies had applied for state financial due to redundancy of staff because of COVID-19. I independently prepared decision letters and implemented the pandemic law which has historically never been used.
• I was recruited to work on complex bankruptcy cases and brought the authority's interests to court. I had contact with external stakeholders and my work resulted in over 50 repayments to the government agency that were previously paid incorrectly.
• In addition to my main tasks, I was also a mentor/coach for new employees and had the responsibility to educate them and integrate them into their tasks. I have proven record of 100% positive feedback from all the colleagues I´ve trained.
  

• I worked part time as an Employment Consultant during the time I wrote my masters dissertation. My tasks included conducting investigations to match the right person with the right job. I also wrote results reports and analyzes for follow-ups.
• I helped over 20 participants to increase their self awareness and awareness of how their own resources can be used to achieve goals.

• I worked part time as a Service Manager when I did my Bachelor degree. My tasks included administration and handling of incoming cases on disability and guardianship issues.
• I provided fast and professional service by answering questions from individuals and external parties.

• Facilitated communication between law enforcement personnel and individuals involved in crimes such as witnesses, persons of interest and suspects.
• I was awarded for my interpretation skills because I managed to translate in a very satisfactory way. I successfully maintained pace with native speakers to deliver real-time comprehension.
