  • Responsible for securing that all necessary organizational disciplines internal as well as external are involved in a manufacturing process equipment project are fully aligned in scope, time and cost.
  • Responsible for development and management of a detailed equipment commissioning and ramp up scenarios jointly with Engineering Managers and Commissioning Managers.
  • Responsible for equipment project management from design phase to project closing including implementation, coordination of re-occurring project follow ups and steering meeting.

  • Support on customer weekly meetings; sharing and discussing on project status and open action items.
  • Lead the implementation and industrialization of products as they evolve from Design phase sample (B-Sample) to product validation samples (C-Sample) and into serial production for different projects.
  • Lead cross functional international team (quality, production, engineering, cell design, logistics) meetings to properly fulfill launch timeline milestones assuring all stakeholders necessities are considered.
  • Control and plan, together with stakeholders, cost/design/process change requests and DOEs in our production line in order to implement new requirements while avoiding impacts in our deliveries and scrap KPIs.
  • Assure all required product documents for production (BOM, BOP, Drawings, Control Plans, PFMEA) are released and updated as needed, aiming to avoid delays in customer deliveries and timelines.
