Responsible for the biggest business area of DEK Technologies (17 teams working for Ericsson IMS). The role was a blend of 2 roles:

• Customer relationship & collaboration.
• Staff responsible for the Sweden sides of the teams (40 employees).
  

• Ensure that the teams deliver requirements on-time with high quality.
• Take overall accountability for project deliverables and performance.
• Help teams to identify risks that can impact the delivery plan and remove impediments preventing them to be effective.
• Identify future technologies and ensure that the DEK teams can keep up to date the new technologies.

Product Owner for three distributed development teams working on new feature development on IP multimedia system.

Scrum Master for two distributed development teams.

Develop a troubleshooting tool to capture and analyze logs

Implement basic test, unit test and functional test.

Circuit design, functional and performance automation test.
