• Prepare, Review, and approve drawings of Substations from 13kV to 550kV for both AIS/GIS-based solutions.
• Successfully converted 550kV AIS yard into GIS station with less outage during construction time.
• Lightning protection design calculation as per standard IEEE998 using Winigs tool.
• Performed Grounding design calculation as per IEEE80 standard using Winigs tool.
• Aluminum tube design calculation using IEEE 605 like cantilever strength (for selection of Bus Support), SCF calculation, continuous & short circuit withstand capability.
• Perform battery sizing calculations for Various projects.
• Involved in tenders for PPL, AEP, Duke Energy, etc.
• LVAC/LVDC feeder sizing calculation.
• Modularization has performed a considerable part in the R&D of GIS projects.
• Reviewed Cable sizing calculations provided by Vendor.
• Support for SECP tool development (lightning protection & Battery sizing modules) and involved in the UAT process as a reviewer for the North American region.
• Designed a mid-range Semi modularized 132kV GIS station for AEP, a new concept that reduces working hours at the site.

• Prepared Lighting and trench layouts and carried out Earth resistivity test for 400kV Switchyard in Babandh for the Client M/s LANCO.
