Supporting the implementation of adaptation of Lean Six Sigma methods, adjust templates, provide training for Logistics employees, review and improve the processes related to BSH Production System.

Oversaw comprehensive business analysis efforts for three departments encompassing over 300 personnel. This multifaceted role involved a synthesis of financial and non-financial analyses, encompassing collaboration with HR on aspects of personnel management and automation initiatives.

• Financial forecasting and cost control (payroll and non-payroll) and executing (actual vs. forecast) cost analysis
• Engaging with external stakeholders to address project-related challenges, with a focus on robust risk and issue management

Support financial analysis, reporting, and cost control for various projects within SAP, ensuring timely completion from start to finish. Prioritized teamwork, meeting strict deadlines during monthly and annual closures. Facilitated collaboration between Ericsson AB and clients, acknowledged for excellence in 2014 year-end closure. Creation of projects: work breakdown structure, network and activities

• Updating budget and planned cost, revenue and net sales recognition, customer invoicing

• Financial reporting (local and regional), financial analysis and closing for multiple customers
