Tech Mahindra Private Limited:

  • Project name: Telstra - Handled Australian Customers through Chat process (non-voice process).
  • Troubleshooting with the customer's mobile, internet, and emails, Bill disputes, Raising ITAM Tickets for the issues which needs to be resolved by the backend assisted team and if needed will escalate the issue to the concerned team, raising complaints and assigning to complaints team.
  • Ordering multiple electronic devices for the customers which they demand by following multiple Terms and conditions.
  • Mainly used tools are Siebel, CAT, NATAMA, Salesforce, Live Engage for chatting with the customers.


Movate Technologies:

  • Project name: Netgear - Handling US, UK and Canada customers through voice process.
  • Provided technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issuesTroubleshooting technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems such as configurations, IP addressing and DHCP server setup., Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Handling international customers and clients with networking issues.
