Proven leader and efficient packer at Cytoplan, I excelled in database maintenance and fostered team communication, ensuring seamless global distribution. My diverse roles, from RAF Regiment Gunner to General BOD, enhanced my organizational leadership and service coordination, achieving quality results and promoting workplace safety.
All of these experiences have drove me to where i am today, i hope to take the road with whoever it may be with those experiences, to utilize all of them to the upmost proficiency.
My on call employment for the medical distribution company, Cytoplan, gave me both work experience and a chance to work in a tame civilian environment.
My role was the picking and packaging of state of the art medicine as well as helping in the pill room which produced our products.
Although this would be what i call a rather laid back job i still gave it my all to produce not just quantity but quality in everything that i had done there.
It helped me improve on my skills even in their minute ways, from managing a spreadsheet and traversing company logistics; to the distribution of hundreds of items at a time across the globe.
Being the only male operative there i still Promoted teamwork among colleagues by proactively assisting others when needed as my youthful and computationally inclined mind came into action on numerous occasions.
This job also helped in collaborating with a multitude of distributors such as Royal mail, DPD, and parcel force aiding our efforts to provide the world with the medicines they need.
With my time within the armed forces in the UK, I developed a number of key assets for civilian use.
Although my PHASE one was the so called transfer period to making civilians to soldiers it taught me valuable lesson through high and low times; applicable for work outside of the military.
I underwent countless exercises to strengthen both body and mind.
Key skills that were developed would include time management, management of key assets and their upkeep, personal admin along side entire flight jobs.
This is to name a few, all with which aided in furthering my own ability and the ability to work as a team.
The latter part showing during field exercises where flight level combat drills took place.
For what i believe to be a short period of my life training to become a Regiment Gunner it does not fully show my enthusiasm and determination to getting the job done. Combatting any challenge that presents itself.
It was after discovering a staggering bias within the chain of command that i decided to take my aspirations elsewhere.
Working in a Pub/restaurant helped me develop many skills, from simply being the porter to helping front of house serving customers directly.
It further taught me time management, Teamwork and team coordination.
I had promoted a safe environment by promptly addressing spills and hazardous conditions on the pub floors, to Assisting elderly or disabled customers with their own needs, providing compassionate support throughout their visit.
All of this had greatly supported me in customer service and salesmanship.
Although this role was scarcely paid coming in at £15 a week from the age of 12 i worked alongside a newspaper agent.
This role wasn't so much about the money than it was to implement and nurture a future hard working employee.
Getting up 0500 before school and delivering papers to various clientele it developed my time management and determination to work from a young age.
It had also aided in providing experience with a team, granted small but still crucial to provide seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
in continuation throughout my years i had come to know if not befriend many of whom i had been delivering to,
for one example of my genuine and helpful nature i had heard a smoke detector alarm in one the elderly homes i delivered to,
thankfully not a real fire but i came into their home to turn off the alarm which had been tormenting her since 0200 in the morning even providing my own personal number for her to call for me to know she had it checked out and was well.
Im a sucker for Golf, If im offered a full 18 ill take you up on it!
