Job Profile:
Accounting
• Managing the day to day function of the Accounts Department in coordination with Asst. Accounts Managers and Accounts Supervisors.
• Setting up the policies and guideline for Internal Audit Department and guiding the team time-to-time
• Annual audit and interaction with the statutory auditors.
Finance Management
• Developing and maintaining relationship with Banks and Financial Institutions.
• Arranging banking general facilities as well as project specified finance.
• Planning & implementing the fund flow and cash flow management of the group and divisions.
MIS
• Review and Finalize monthly Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheet and presentation of the same to Management & Director Board.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly MIS Reports for the Management
• Preparation of project reports and feasibility report for new ventures.
Budgeting
• Preparation and finalization of the annual Revenue Budget and Capital expenditure Budget of Divisions and the Company as a whole.

Cost Control
