As an inventory manager my resposibilities include:

• Monitor and report inventory levels, planning inventory budgets, and analyzing Inventory KPIs
• Developing system solutions for enhanced inventory transparency

Supply Chain Service is a new team within the planning department which is in charge of handling complex issues and global communications

• Lead and coordinate S&OE process and meetings with 3 countries
• Handling complex issues such as prolonged backorder situation of 300 critical items
• Planning ICT orders (Intra Company Transfer) to 2 countries.

I have been responsible for demand planning for multiple assortments within Evercare brand and Supply planner for items from European suppliers and Asian suppliers The responsibility included in these rolls has been to ensure

• KPI´s such as forecast accuracy
• OTIF, stock value and planning parameters
• Regular Meeting with business area managers to close supply loops.

• Responsible for planning short leadtime items
