I am currently working as an experienced Business Manager at ALTEN Sweden AB in Stockholm, within the Automotive department, where I manage a team of 22 employees. My role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Managing accounts and sales for Automotive clients in the Stockholm region.
• Prospecting and generating sales with both new and existing customers.
• Overseeing budget performance for my business unit.
• Handling personnel responsibilities such as HR matters, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Coaching and supporting my team members.
• Recruiting new employees, including sourcing, interviewing, and preparing contracts.

My main responsibilities as a GAE consultant at Renault Trucks included ensuring the accuracy, precision, and adherence to geometric specifications in the design and manufacturing processes of the instrument panel for two different truck models.

This role entails maintaining, calculating, and upholding the quality and functionality of all parts within the main product in accordance with geometrical specifications for the manufacturing and assembly.

• As a GDL for the Vehcicle covers I was responsible for the development of the Vehicle covers for all car models globally
• This includes minor modifications to existing products along with driving the complete development process for a new Vehicle cover for a new car model
• A large part of this position includes implementing environmentally friendly alternatives and solutions to the product in financially beneficial way.

• Primary responsibilities included reporting and handling incidents connected to the Care by Volvo website along with the mobile application
• These incidents vary in priority depending on their market impact
• Higher priority incidents require special attention and induced communication between resolver teams and higher management
• I enhance the communication between all teams and make sure the necessary information is shared with the multiple stakeholders.
