Summary

As the Process Technology Manager, Low Consistency Refining, my goal is to help Pulp and Paper Mills to optimize their refining processes, in relation to reduction in energy consumption, refining homogeneity, refining capacity, better fibre tailoring (improve fibre quality) and longer shelf life of refiner fillings. To assist Pulp and Paper Actors in these regards, i.e. working with refiners and refiner plates business sector in relation to: pulp fibre, cellulose and non-wood fibre, microfibrillated cellulose (MFC), paper, paperboard, tissue, recycled fibre and for de-inking recycled paper. During the past years, we have seen an increasing demand for low consistency pulp refining in relation to papermaking. As our goal is to deliver innovative technology, we have been able to introduce entirely new concept of Double Disk Refining, and thus satisfy customers’ need for energy efficient and reliable fibre refining. And prospective customers are no coincidence to rely on our refining technology, as we have a well-deserved image of embracing new technology in order to be able to be at the forefront of Low Consistency Refining Technology.
