• Ensure completeness and verification of all documents against source documents as per the bank’s process and procedure
• Ensure all customer requests are satisfied within the acceptable timeline.
• Balance all vouchers and source documents such as statement request, cheque book request with the tellers Transaction report ‘at end of the day.
• Monthly input of KRI in ORA system. & Monthly branch GL account proofing (PVR) • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and any change thereto.
• Prepare and submit periodic Management and Business Information reports about the function’s performance.
• Train new branch staff in Operations process & system
• Providing strategies, tactics, and implementation plans that lead directly to financial improvements for my customers.
