Job Description:
Entrusted with the design, optimization, manufacturing, and validation of the Front Wing subsystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, optimization, fabrication, and validation processes for the Front Wing subsystem.
- Utilize software tools such as CATIA, StarCCM+ for aerodynamic analysis, and Altair Hypermesh for structural analysis to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Developed projects involving the optimization of canards for the Front Wing and the design of structural devices for vehicle stages.
- Lead the development and implementation of powered ground effect technology, marking a historic milestone for the team.
- Worked with composite materials, employing techniques including dry carbon lamination, infusion, and autoclave processes, in collaboration with companies such as Alestis Aerospace.
