• Develop the Bidding and Contract documents for 132kV Grid Substation EPC Project, following JICA SBD and ADB procurement guidelines.
• Design the 132kV Transmission Lines & 132/33kV Grid Substation Project.

Execution of MV (33kV) and LV (400/230V) Distribution Lines and Substations Construction Works efficiently and effectively to maintain healthy, reliable, and adequate supply within the province.

• Design, Monitoring and controlling of construction jobs. (Average annual job value of LKR Mn. 424 => SEK Mn.15)
• Effective Coordination & liaison with stakeholders.
• Testing, Commissioning & handing over of completed jobs.
• Maintain updated records on the progress of construction jobs and ensure to keep value of Work-in-Progress as low as possible.
• Team Lead for technical staff members to ensure that all the construction works are performed by the CEB gangs/contractors as per CEB's distribution construction standards.
• Ensure that all safety rules & regulations and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure the safety of the employees while on duty equipment, and the third party.
• Ensure to check and confirm the completed jobs are in accordance with the approved line schedules, work estimates and construction standards before the testing & commissioning.

• Expert in preparation of bidding/ contract documents as per JICA and ADB guidelines.
• Completed Pre-Qualification process as per JICA guidelines.
• Prepared Bidding Document/ Contract Documents for NTDND&EIP-Package 3 with JICA SBD Design Build Guidelines.
• 164km long Low Loss ACSR/UGS -X 560mm2 (equivalent to ACSR Zebra) Transmission Line route selection to minimize the environmental impact while cost optimization.
• Testing & Commissioning done for the completed 132/220kV Transmission Lines and GSS/SWS.
• Project schedules prepared using Microsoft Project.
• Planned and Executed the Transmission Line Route Survey work.
• Objection handling and minimize the impact to society and environment by suitable modification to Transmission Line Route with suitable approach to stake holders.
• Transmission Line Design was done using PLS-CADD for 132kV and 220kV Double circuit Transmission Lines.
• Empowering effective site management practices and ensuring the adequate safety measures employed on the site.

✓ Successfully done and Witness the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) on Glass Insulators, La Granja Factory, Paseo del Pocillo, s/n – 40100, La Granja de San Ildefonso – Spain in 2022

• Responsible for maintaining reliable supply for around 77,000 Ordinary Supply Customers and 120 Bulk Supply Customers (Including 23 Mini Hydro Stations) in the Ratnapura Area.
• Maintain all Plant & Equipment in the area in sound working condition at all times.
• Operate the system and provide a reliable supply of electricity to all customers.
• Team Lead for technical staff members for quality improvement activities of electricity network assets of 230V, 11kV and 33kV networks to increase quality of supply by 10%.
• Ensure that all safety rules, regulations & procedures have strictly followed.
• Successfully done and Witness the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) -8.3m LV poles- Natal Forest Product Pty.Ltd., Richmond, KWa-Zulu Natal, South Africa in 2014.
