Cancer therapeutic (RNA-interference) Post-Graduation thesis, 04/2003, 04/2004, Have designed a short hairpin RNA with a loop sequence by in-silico analysis, for erbB1 gene. When tested we achieved significant inhibition of erbB1 expression in HEp2 cells using shRNA targeted to the coding region of the erbB1 mRNA.
