I have almost four years of working experience at Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives as a finance supervisor. The accounting system is the SAP system, and the operating system is TMS(Indra). In the meantime, I got my cross-exposure in the warehouse as a storekeeper. During this tenure, I learned,

- Receiving and sorting store products.

- Preparing and completing warehouse requisitions/ Orders for delivery.

- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits

- Gather And Verify Invoices for proper documentation.

- Maintain accounts receivable records to verify that aging is accurate, that uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and that any discrepancies are resolved.

- Daily cash management responsibilities, including documenting bank deposits, updating, and distributing cash receipt reports, and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.

- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.

- Preparing analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R for management.

- Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting

One-year accounting experience at House of Travels & Tourism (Pvt) Ltd as an Accounts Assistant. The accounting system is Quick book. Covered area: -

- Preparing the plan for Weakly Transport expense. And check the final transport requisition and accept the suppliers transport requisition sheet for payment.

- Preparing the plan and Profit and loss statements for individual round trip and excursion and compare with the actual performance and preparing the management report.

One-year audit experience at Ernst Young audit firm as a Senior auditor.

- Stock taking and Auditing the stock operation.

- complete the audit assignments as assigned from time to time.

- Prepare working papers according to the firm’s standards.

- perform the audit of the various sections of the income statement such as: sales, cost of sales, operating expenses, salaries, and wages.

- perform the audit of certain areas within balance sheet sections such as: Additions in fixed assets, debtors’ circularization, stock counts, bank & cash.

- Ensure that the basic EY techniques applied accurately and consistently in all areas of work delegated.
