Tasks:

• I developed customer-facing product information for Ericsson's PCC, PCG, and SGSN-MME projects. This involves tracking feature development from requirements to delivery and maintenance and analyzing feature specifications for impact on product documentation. I interview subject matter experts and work with several agile cross-functional teams to produce documentation as part of feature sprints. I also handle customer feedback, and dispatch incoming trouble reports.

• Deliver all the software TRs with CPI impact to the LSV on every LFD and GA delivery.

• Build the virtual AMF Library for LFD and GA deliveries.

Change Weekend Tester:

• Test all CPI tools, for example, terminal server connection, DITA, Piwin, and so on.
• Report issues and communicate to affected persons before issues are resolved.
