I am a geologist by education, and I currently work as a project geologist at Avannaa Exploration Services, leading one of our main projects for LKAB. I manage data quality, oversee QAQC processes, and handle onboarding and training for new team members. This role has strengthened my communication, leadership, and data management skills.
Recently, I transitioned to SAP consulting, completing the 'SAP Consultant Career Start' program at Valantic. I then specialized in SAP SuccessFactors, driven by both its people-focused nature and the challenges of implementation. The specialization included hands-on case studies across key modules: Employee Central, Time Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, Succession, Learning, and Reporting.
I'm now excited to start a new chapter as an SAP Consultant—ideally working with SuccessFactors—where I can bring my team experience, people skills, and hands-on training into a fresh, dynamic environment.
