• Lead engineer for ASM account (Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturer) responsible for full continuous improvement project cycle focusing on cost, quality, service level, storage and environment.
• Led the RFID project from inception till implementation which improved the tracking and tracing in the warehouse. Managed the project including solution testing, UAT, key user and end user trainings and post go-live activities including change management.
• Implemented 30+ projects which led to the cost savings of > 412K SGD in 2023 through re-engineering process.
• Implemented 5 special storage solution projects to cater to ASM specific materials.
• Implemented various digital dashboards in the warehouse to improve the visibility of operations health and help operations run smoothly.
• Logistics subject matter expert and core project member for SAP S4HANA implementation.
• Selected as the 1st engineer from Singapore as the SCA Champion (CEVA Global Award) in 2023
• Conducted yearly 3PL manpower planning and logistics budgeting based on customer forecast.
• Trained the operations team on 5S and Lean program to empower the team.

• Implemented 'Consolidated Pick label' project which improved the productivity of 3 major warehouse processes by 15% and resulted in savings of >200 SGD in 2022
• Developed and proposed solutions and costing to the customer.
• Provided leadership and guidance to the operations team to deploy lean initiatives.
• Supported other CEVA Global initiatives such as implementation of 5S and SCA.
• Supported the new warehouse setup in terms of costing, storage and migration.

• Led an operations team to drive the operations excellence program in the local distribution center.
• Implemented 35 lean and 155 quick win projects across various processes in the warehouse.
• Identified the inefficiency of load balancing at final mile delivery. Developed and implemented a tool to evaluate and improve delivery load planning, enhance productivity and fair job distribution among the delivery drivers.
