- Executed day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently, including maintaining compliance logbooks, conducting stock takes, and identifying areas for improvement based on negative CSS comments.
- Quickly adapted to learning new skills such as learning to cover Grade 1 Storeman, Coordinator and responsibilities these roles carry, such as EOM stocktakes and muster lists.
- Mentored coworkers by providing interview preparation and sharing skills and knowledge gained during my time at the company and as Grade 1.
- Introduced new offerings to the menu, including iced coffees, and advocated for updated digital signage in the Barista area to enhance customer experience.
- In my role as a mental health first aider on Superfast VII I can care and look out for my coworkers in and out of work as well as identify vulnerable guests who may need help or guidance.

- Started as a flexi worker while I was a student between 2019 & 2022 where I worked for all crews between Superfast VII & VIII.
- Became a core member of staff in October 2022 for Red Crew Superfast VII.
- Developed new skills and gained experience through mentorship by other Grade 1s, successfully covering F&B and Storeman Grade 1 positions in the first 6 months of becoming core.
- Covered both Grade 1 positions on Nordica simultaneously for three weeks during Superfast vessels' drydock in 2023, quickly adapting to the responsibilities of both roles.
- Successfully obtained Grade 1 position in late 2023, becoming one of the youngest to achieve this status.
