Leading and navigating a team of 25 back-end developers, front-end developers, designers and traders based in Sweden, Ukraine and Malta. Also responsible for a team of 15 external consultants (support agents) based in Pakistan.

Leading the full sportsbook product development cycle, idea -> production.

Full P&L responsibility for proprietary trading, with yearly trading volumes above 1B€, and Sportsbook B2B vertical. Took the B2B vertical from around 15 clients to currently +100 clients/operators spread all over the world.

Responsible for external providers; relationship, contracts, commercials and adding relevant internal resources.

Point of contact for all internal teams regarding all sportsbook related questions.

Part of the management team in the parent company (Tain Malta) representing Business unit. Trading/Sportsbook.

Driving growth by attending industry exhibitions, close relationships with clients, being part of the sales/marketing process and implementing company strategies.

Responsible for the development and management of the company's two verticals, the in-house generated proprietary trading and the B2B vertical, throughout its full lifecycle.

Prioritizing projects and requirements, internal and external, coordinating with development and design/front end teams, commercial team and follow up to make sure final product meets customers needs and business goals.

Development of new trading models/algorithms, both pre-match and in-play, used for the company's proprietary trading vertical, high-frequency trading, including all phases such as research, prototype, testing, implementation and product launch.

Optimization of existing algorithms and risk management to improve profitability. Yearly trading volumes above 1Billion euros (results are public since company was listed on the Swedish stock exchange 2006-2015).

Development of internal applications, including UI, used by the trading team/operations team based in Malta.
