• Successfully led the brownfield migration of SAP GTS E4H with minimal business disruption.
• Managed the transition from Legacy SAP GTS to SAP GTS E4H, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.
• Worked closely with IT, Compliance, Finance and Supply Chain functions to align business needs with conversion project.
• Applied Agile and traditional project Management methodologies for an efficient conversion process.
• Developed contingency plans to handle the potential integration systems downtime and other challenges.

SAP S/4 HANA Conversion :

• Worked closely with Data Stream, Integration Stream.
• Drove process standardization and automation.

SAP Integration On prem to SaaS Migration Implementation:

• End to end Program Management responsibility, worked closely with SaaS Vendor and other vendors. from contract signing to Go-live.
• Work with Boutique partners and other vendors to achieve the ontime delivery.
