Motivation -

To work as SAP SD/MM application expert at a progressive workplace where I can effectively and efficiently contribute with my knowledge, expertise and 10 years of retail domain knowledge / work experience, including at large enterprises in Sweden and UK; towards the success of any challenging or demanding project / tasks / roles & responsibilities that will be assigned or delegated to me.

• Accomplished professional with 9+ years consulting and applications implementation, development, support, and maintenance experience as an SAP Functional consultant along with design experience in SAP integration.

• Having experience in 2 S4/Hana and 1 SAP ECC roll out projects so far based on UK, France and Sweden. Involved in integration with Other systems like TM,EWM, AZURE cloud.

• Effectively worked onsite at UK, Sweden and functioned directly with clients of the same experienced working in a team onsite offshore across multiple Geos. Working as a functional consultant from requirements gathering, attending workshops, configuring different business flows, custom Fiori applications, Interfaces.

• Functioned all WRICEF areas, interfaces, forms, custom OTC flow, custom purchasing flow. Designed new custom Fiori applications, custom transaction codes, interfaces.

• Effectively working in greenfield implementation on new functional specifications design, new configurations, new custom enhancements, documenting business process flows. Having experience in complete roll out including business workshop discussion, requirement gathering, blueprint preparation, solution designing and finalization, development, and show and tell presentation and gathering final approval for the design.

• Working on various tool like SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, JIRA for defect tracking and fixing.

• Have application support and maintenance experience for 2+ years. Used Service now to update Incidents/tickets with documents in various phases of the incidents/tickets. Have worked in Dynatrace for job monitoring, alert monitoring and set up.

• Having three new implementation project roll out experience with Kingfisher UK, Halford UK, and Coop Sweden

• Arranged various training sessions within the team and provide training for SAP SD configs, Fiori , IDOC , Interface, different OTC flows, Business Processes.

• Having excellent communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills along with experience and skills in client negotiation.
