Server PhaseOut and IIS Migration

As a project lead of server phaseout, Co-ordinating with Application and Database Owners to create a cutover plan to move all the applications, Website (IIS) and databases from server 2008 and server 2012 OS to OS 2019 and 2022.
Data Migration to Cloud - Box(cloud-based content management system)

Successfully Planed, Co-ordinated with multiple application team to migrate all of their OLD data / Archive Data which was kept on On-prem File servers.Around 1.8 Petabyte space were able to clear from on prem servers thus by saving underlying storage space.
New AD environment setup and migration
Aug 2016 - Aug 2017
Successfully Planed, Co-ordinated and Implemented the AD environment setup and migration project. It was about to create a new domain and test it out, migrate the entire AD infra objects from old domain to this new domain. As part of this, around 18,000 user accounts were migrated to new domain.
Successfully completed the project which required lot of planning and testing as entire organization's domain were changed to the new domain. Legacy domain was decommissioned phase by phase after this migration
On-Prem Data center Co-Location- Data center migration

Completed migration of the VMware, Windows Server environment from On-prem DC to Colo DC for various sites like Bangalore, Singapore and US-West zone. Initially AD server and environment was setup on the colo DC and tested for the connectivity. Post that planned for the cutover for moving all the devices and servers from on-prem to colo DC during the cutover time.
Challenges were faced after moving the devices like communication issues due to IP bindings on the application. But it sorted out and production was brought up within the downtime.
Moving to Colo DC helped in reducing the data center operation cost around 15%. It also reduced the annual downtime for the on-prem DC.
Domain and hardware migration of Windows Server and VMware Infrastructure

Successfully migrated Windows and VMware environment for client who is one of the top 5 semiconductor company's Pennsylvania, USA site. It was completed within 22 hours of entire site production downtime.
Around 30 critical production VMs and 20 non-production VMs were migrated from old HP hardware to new cisco UCS M3 blade servers along with the domain migration of those servers.
Most of the servers had TB of data to be migrated from old to new hardware. Inspite of several challenges, able to complete the migration within the timeline and bring the production in 20 hours.
