• Shorter Lead Time Project: Lead the project and implement Intermodal Transport Mode for Synthetic Textiles Supplier (quantify the benefits of -30D LT decrease: Lost Sales -50%, Sales Price Adjustment -20%,storage cost decrease -30%, CO2 emission -27%. Be the key person to inspire and clarify to HFB, Category management and transport stakeholders) Implementation took place in FY22.
• Lead implementation of short notice matrix moves from CN to TR, during AP transport cut period (enabling availability of 20MEUR purchase in 3 months, +30% volume increase at supplier and supplier become Prioritized level)
• Logistic Development of Synthetic Curtain Supplier (Kucukcalik TR): In 4 years’ time, touching to supplier’s organization (trainings, coaching, creating WoW, internal KPI’s), transforming how they do logistic activities related to business, enabling them doing their own ESP registration, dynamic safety stock calculation, Business Contingency Planning, follow up tools, subsupplier management and KPI’s; they have grew their business +100% and become prioritized.
