My competence is within R&D, design, project leading and management, innovation thinking and sustainability. I strongly believe in that great teamwork lead to great results. I see myself as a strong team player with the right skills to communicate with different roles and being the spider in the web, concretize the steps and tasks within the project in order to reach expected results.


I have the tools and the confidence to generate great results within product-related projects. I aim high and work hard to achieve my goals and I always look for new ways to learn and grow. In combination with that I spread a lot of positive energy around me.

  • Development of visual products found in shop windows and in store, together with creative artists and suppliers. Realization of products include; construction solution, 3D-modelling, choosing the right supplier, prototyping, material selection, quality assurance, cost assessments and supply chain related topics.
  • Project leader and main contact for all suppliers in each project I am responsible for. Tasks include daily discussions with suppliers from predominantly Italy, Germany, China, UK and Sweden in order to realize bespoke products.
  • Managing up to 8 projects on a half year basis, where a project is defined as a visual campaign in store and launched together with a clothing collection. In average, each project involves development of around 10-30 bespoke products for different brands within H&M group, such as H&M Home, COS, H&M, Monki, Afound, Weekday and &Other stories.
  • Besides the product development projects, I was involved developing a Sustainable Design guideline for H&M group for interior and non commercial goods. The guideline is a support when developing new products, kaing sure the companies' sustainability goals are met in 2025 & 2030.

  • Responsible to coordinate and lead the technical development of store interior projects, or part of projects, according to briefs for a global roll out
  • 3D CAD modelling and drawing execution
  • Material selection based on quality, visual look and sustainability criteria
  • Supplier contact and prototype evaluation
  • Product quality assurance. Securing several suppliers to achieve the same quality level globally
  • Collaborated internally with cross-functional teams and projects including, designers, architects, buyers, local and global construction teams.
  • Making sure timeline and project budget is met

  • Main focus: Concept development, prototyping, 2D and 3D modeling, quality assurance, supplier relations, and project management.
  • Responsible for a R&D project aiming to develop a Hydraulic stair cover solution to increase the safety of drivers in South America. 
  • Was also involved in the development of the cooling installation for the new generation trucks. Assurance of the cooling systems functionality and requirement specification. 
  • Daily steering and continuous collaboration with the teams involved in the R&D around the same truck category.
