Contributions to culture, education, and youth Initiatives in the Baltic Sea Region

• Regional identity strengthening: supported culture, education, and youth initiatives to enhance the Baltic Sea Region’s identity, including managing networking activities with the Baltic Sea Regional Youth Forum through a survey, objective reporting, and related tasks.
• Event coordination: assisted in organizational tasks during the Baltic Sea Youth Dialogue 2024, including coordinating communication and participant engagement.
• Social media management: managed social media platforms by capturing event photography and creating Instagram updates.
• Administrative support: sorted and organized files, and drafted reports to ensure efficient documentation and communication.

Contributions to the Interreg North Sea programme’s SIRR project:

• Data analysis and stakeholder engagement: conducted in-depth data analysis and facilitated interviews with 15 project participants and leaders, gathering critical insights to support project objectives on sustainability, innovation, and resilience in rural areas.
• Academic publishing: initiated and contributed to the development of the first article linked to the Master’s thesis topic, titled “Multi-Helix and the Three Cs: An Analysis of Collaboration between the Hubs and Their Stakeholders in the SIRR Project” (writing in progress).
• Team collaboration: participated in regular meetings with the HV research team to discuss project updates, address challenges, and share lessons learned, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous improvement of ongoing activities.

• Actively represented student interests in International Programme in Politics and Economics Council.
• Participated in planning sessions, offering valuable input based on firsthand experiences as a student - addressing concerns and providing feedback to administration.
• Prepared reports from meetings to the Student Union Council.

• Answered questions from visitors and potential students about university life.
• Led campus tours for new students.
• Participated in university marketing campaigns by providing testimonials and sharing personal experiences through various forms of media, including stakeholders presentations and international online fairs.
• Assisted admissions office staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, mailings, and event planning to help streamline processes.
