- Worked part time as a mathematics tutor and tennis coach during of high school.
- Participated in a Computer Science summer camp in Oxford, where I learnt the basics to computer systems and programming.
- With 2 fellow students, I took the initiative of renovating the victim support room at the critically underfunded local police station. In addition to the renovation, we raised over 15,000 ZAR through fundraising events and were featured in the local newspaper for our efforts.
- Participated in school team for tennis, football and chess. Active in all sports, participating in school matches, activities, tournaments and olympiads.
- Represented school in 5 National Olympiads of Mathematics. Reached the semi-final 3 separate times.
