• Design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, to meet business objectives and enhance performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, reducing deployment time and improving overall software delivery efficiency.

• Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using Terraform, automating the provisioning and management of cloud resources, resulting in reduction in deployment errors and improved consistency across environments.

• Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, leading to reduction in application deployment time and enhanced scalability.

• Design and implement robust monitoring and logging solutions using CloudWatch, and CloudTrail providing real-time insights into system performance and proactive issue detection, resulting in reduction in incident response time.

• Member of a successful migration of on-premises infrastructure to AWS, utilizing a lift-and-shift strategy for legacy applications and re-architecting modern applications for optimal cloud performance and cost savings.

• Establish and enforce strict security measures and best practices, including network security, access control, and encryption, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and minimizing security vulnerabilities.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles, facilitating knowledge sharing and promoting efficient onboarding of new team members.

• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends through continuous learning, and pursuing relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate

• Coordinate transportation operations, including route planning, scheduling, and optimizing delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.

• Monitor and track shipments to provide accurate and real-time information to customers and resolve any delivery-related issues proactively.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to build an inclusive digital future in Cameroon, aligning with national development goals and priorities.
• Identify and prioritize key areas where digital technologies can address social and economic inequalities, such as access to education, healthcare, agriculture, and financial services.
• Manage projects and initiatives that promote digital literacy, digital skills training, and the adoption of digital tools and services among marginalized communities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, private sector entities, and donor organizations to mobilize resources and expertise for program implementation
