I am an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader Manager with a strong background in sales,customer service, and employee development. My career began in 2016 in first-line support and subscription sales including TV channel packages and tv hardware. Due to exceptional performance i was promoted to the retention/winback team where i consistency ranked as the top performer and i also got nominated 2018 as the best saler in the company.

In 2021, i transitioned into a leadership role as Team Leader Manager. Since then, i have successfully led and developed high-performance sales teams by implementing strategic coaching, active call monitoring, and daily one-on-one support. My leadership directly resulted in record breaking sales figures,surpassing targets that were previously seen as unattainable.

I am passionate about people development and belive that a strong team culture drives results. I regularly held well-being sessions with my team, which significantly reduced sick leave and improved engagement and morale. My leadership style blends performance focus with empathy , which has proven high effective in fast paced, target driven environment.
