Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
As site manager, I am responsible for the design, planning, and production of all the tunnel site areas for the E04 project's Linne and Equalization shaft. The primary accomplishments were: 1. Site Linne: I oversaw excavation production for a 1.5 km tunnel where we excavated to the Main Station, spanning 50 m wide and 27 m high beneath the city of Gothenburg.
2. The equalization shaft (Fogelbergsparken) was planned for excavation using raise boring to a depth of 60 meters and a depth of 6.6 meters, costing 23 million Swedish crowns
As the project's site engineer for the tunnels and shaft, my duties included coordinating with the client on the design and production of the tunnels south and north of E04 and anticipating the optimizations in the specifics of the client's needs and production execution in the tunnels. Coordinate planning and supply chain requirements with the site manager.
I'm also in charge of the overall productivity of the construction equipment. I examine construction machinery such as wheel loaders, excavators, and Epiroc Jumbo drill rigs to maximize production. I also communicate with many machine providers to enhance, analyze, and investigate the overall performance of the machines.
Accomplishments:
1. The excavation of the first site, Otterhällan, which used the Norwegian arch technique, precision excavation, and injection method above the GÖTA tunnel and the E04 tunnel north, has been completed.
2. Excavation of the Ventilation Shaft (Föreningsgatan) at a depth of 70 meters and a depth of 6.6 meters, costing 28 million Swedish Kronor.
To achieve more traction and speed demands from the driver under changing terrain conditions, the baseline controller was analyzed, changed, and compared to a new controller system. A hybrid/electric wheel loader was created and evaluated for possible test scenarios. The simulation models were tested for greater machine output and safety under various test conditions/terrains.
Being an Application Engineer was responsible for providing technical support to Automotive OEM and Tier 1 customers and authorized distributors by assisting in the proper selection and application of products.
• The required technical support includes, but is not restricted to, solving tooling problems, introducing and applying CEARTIZIT products in customers’ plants, plant surveys, and technical seminars for customers, distributors, and field salesmen.
• As an Application Engineer was also responsible for achieving all assigned budgeted and non- budgeted objectives in the territory.
