Nicole Karlsson Farias

As a consultant for Oracle, I contribute to the development and integration of the Millennium EHR system for the Västra Götaland region (VGR). Among other things, I configure the system to meet customer requirements, write test cases, and conduct tests to ensure quality. I also participate in weekly agile meetings with the client to monitor progress and define next steps. Additionally, I help plan social events within Oracle and mentor new employees in their induction and development.

After graduating in the summer of 2023, I joined Knowit's Solutions CoCreate Trainee program as a junior consultant. During the program, I completed various training courses that were part of the educational requirements, while getting the opportunity to work as a backend developer for one of their clients.
