  • Lead international product and change-management projects across seven European countries, taking customer requirements through feasibility, development, validation and industrialisation into series production in complex multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Own the project/change-management process for customer-driven product changes: clarify requirements, mobilise global and local technical teams, coordinate engineering, quality, production, logistics and purchasing, develop solution options, align with KAMs and customers, secure internal decisions and drive implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional international teams of around 30 people and stakeholder environments of up to 50 across 2–4 sites, aligning technical, operational, commercial and customer priorities throughout delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional assessments of development costs, tooling/investment, product costs, timing, feasibility and risk for customer-driven changes; combine these inputs with commercial considerations from KAMs to recommend viable solutions and alternatives based on customer value and business impact.
  • Lead validation and industrialisation with engineering, Product Quality, quality, production and logistics, ensuring validation plans, milestones and customer requirements are delivered through transition into series production.
  • Manage governance through steering committees and stage-gates, with responsibility for project planning, milestones, risks, budget tracking and customer reporting on projects with budgets up to approximately €500k.
  • Lead the Environmental Pillar and hold responsibility for sustainability learning within the Skill Center, supporting employee awareness and training on sustainability topics.
