1. Led SAP ECC Implementation for SEE

Spearheaded the SAP ECC system implementation across Pliva’s supply chain, logistics, and procurement functions spanning multiple countries. Oversaw a cross-functional team of four to ensure seamless integration.

2. Established New Supply Chain Management Infrastructure for SEE Region

Designed and implemented a new supply chain management infrastructure for (SEE) countries, achieving a $5 million reduction in inventory costs within the first year. Standardized processes led to a 25% decrease in OOS and a 10% reduction in lead times across the region.

3. Led Regional S&OP Implementation to Enhance Forecast Accuracy

Successfully implemented a new regional S&OP process, improving demand forecasting accuracy by 30%. This initiative significantly optimized inventory levels, improved service rates, and increased overall supply chain responsiveness.

4. Developed and Implemented a Risk Mitigation Strategy for Supply Chain Disruptions

Created a comprehensive risk mitigation strategy for the supply chain, focusing on proactive risk assessment and contingency planning. The strategy minimized supply chain disruptions by 20% and enhanced the organization’s resilience in response to external uncertainties, improving continuity for key stakeholders.

Participating on the 4th International Students Symposium on Logistics and Business held on 5-8 November 2013 at Zhejiang institute of Communications, Hangzhou, China, and contributed to the Symposium by making a presentation titled: Measuring Efficiency of Container Ports by DEA Method.
