Experienced General Manager in the hospitality industry with a history of F&B manager positions in Denmark and Guadeloupe, where my focus has been on education, quality, and cost control. Through my work as Area Manager in Sweden and France I am used to adapting to new business areas and staff environments. I have moved Boulebar as well as my hotel towards a steady revenue. I love developing people and get motivated by seeing result of planned analytic work. It all starts with employees. For me this is the most important tool in the hotel business. Companies can build new, fancy venues, but it is the staff that makes the difference between good and great. I always try to find the right person for right position. This is, in my experience, the key to success. I learned that effective routines and motivating leadership is high importance to reach team goals. Trying daily to get my colleagues to take ownership, leading by example, to exceed the expectations of the guest, I think, is the foundation of today's tough competition in the service industry. When I was young I played football on elite level for many years. This taught me the importance of being a team player - still one of the key ingredients of my leadership.
