Main focus during the internship:

• Expand beam deflection angle range by adding optical components.
• Optimize transmitter beam size change for independent control regardless of orientation.
• Digital transmission tests to evaluate optical communication quality using existing component and data analysis based on beam geometric characteristics.
• Collaboration with OLEDCOMM for satellite-to-satellite communication application.

• Responsible for reservations and updating schedules, reception, information and advice to customers, administration.
• Management of teams for maintenance and customer complaints.
• Coordinator/mediator between management and different teams.

• Remote technical assistance, diagnosis, problem resolution and updating of the intervention register.
• Installation of new hardware and IT equipment (online payment, by card), implementation of updates.

• Distribution of ophthalmological products throughout Guatemala.
• IT and physical management of stocks, updating of data in the software, information on tracking documents.
• Monitoring orders, carrying out reminders and handling disputes linked to the delivery.
