“Nya Tunnelbana” Project, Stockholm

• Working on the expansion of Stockholm’s subway system, responsible for installation and maintenance of critical communication and safety infrastructure in underground tunnels.
• Installation and wiring of alarm systems for fire detection and emergency alerts to ensure worker safety in tunnel environments.
• Deployment and maintenance of Wi-Fi Access Points (APs), connected via Cat6 cabling, to enable communication throughout tunnel sections.
• Installation and configuration of cabinets, hosting network switches that provide connectivity to: Alarm cabinets, Wi-Fi access points Positioning systems for worker tracking and safety
• Handling and maintenance of fiber optics, Cat6/Cat5, and electrical cabling as part of daily operations.
• Performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting under strict tunnel safety regulations.
• Conducting “egenkontrolls” (self-checks) and quality control inspections to verify compliance with project standards and ensure operational safety.
• Participating in regular meetings with site management to coordinate technical work, discuss fault resolution strategies, and align on tunnel operation plans.

• Operated with safety and skill to avoid accidents and delays.
• Maintained a clean driving record while adhering to company policies and federal regulations for transportation safety.
• Proactively communicated with dispatch teams regarding any changes or updates affecting scheduled pick-ups or deliveries, ensuring that all parties were kept informed.

• Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of a project.
• Organizing and Coordination: Assembling and managing a team of 18 persons, assigning tasks, and coordinating their efforts to ensure that everyone is aligned with the project's goals. This involves effective communication, delegation, and resource allocation.
• Team Management: Supervising 6 teams of technicians and engineers involved in the installation and maintenance of the fiber optic network.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining records of network layouts, configurations, and any changes made. This documentation is crucial for future upgrades or modifications.
• Planning and Design: Developing blueprints for the installation of fiber optic networks, considering factors like network capacity, geographic layout, and future expansion.
• Maintenance: Managing the maintenance and repair of fiber optic networks. This involves troubleshooting issues, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring the network operates at an optimal level.
