- Monitor odds changes using different monitoring tools;
- Manually reviewing and processing incoming bets requests;
- Assist the technical team with identifying any issues related to Sportsbook Operations;
- Settling all required markets in a timely manner;
- Report any suspected fraudulent betting activity to the Team and Payments/Fraud Department directly
- Compiling and setting odds for a different variety of sporting events with special focus on football
- Analyze competitors and investigate on market trends to enhance the sportbook product
- Assist other departments such as Customer Service to solve customer complaints and/or investigate on risk checks on the behalf of the Fraud & Payment
- Monitor customer performances and bet limits
- React promptly to the odds market movements after checks through appropriate tool systems such as Betradar
