Roles and responsibilities:
◆ Install , configure, design and maintain VMware infrastructure components.
◆The entire virtual machine-related tasks such as VM creation, migration, converting to a template,
creating VMs from templates, and resource upgrades such as vCPU, vRAM, NIC, and storage.
◆Managed DRS , HA, ESXI 6.5 host commission/up gradation/patching, vCentre 7.0 installation /up gradation/patching.
◆Monitor , troubleshoot and capacity planning of VMware environment, proactively identifying and performing software and hardware upgrades.
◆ Work in a large enterprise environment to build, upgrade , configure, support and troubleshoot Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022.
◆Took ownership of Active Directory , Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, DFS.
◆Vulnerability and patch management : Patch deployment by SCCM for Dev and production servers and vulnerability remediation for Windows and non-Windows products.

• 1-Installation configuration and administration of Windows /Mac OS /Linux. 2-Installation of system updates and security patches as per availability and preventive maintenance against security threats on regular basis. 3-Deploy customize windows images , applications and soBtware packages through SCCM/WDS. 4- Work with IT support tools including Active Directory, Antivirus, imaging (SCCM and MDT) disk encryption,Remote Desktop, Telnet and SSH in order to assure the smooth IT operation as per SLA. 5-Creation and managing AD accounts groups and providing the access for the users in the Windows Server 2012/2016. 6-Provisioning,installation/configuration ,operation,Monitoring, maintenance of system hardware and software and related infrastructure. 7- Documentation of softwares,licenses,and subscriptions. 8-Responsible for IT asset management ,maintaining current inventory of devices, tracking devices, reclaiming devices , s not in use. 9-Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies . 10-Understand the IT requirements of users and get them procured and coordinate with the software /hardware vendors for servicing and purchasing.

• 1-Key roles include Windows OS administration, Server Hardware installation and troubleshooting, patch management, service packs ; server support packs management, Active Directory Infrastructure based monitoring and troubleshooting. 2-Handling business critical escalated issues related to hardware using IMM Lenovo/IBM Server Manager utilities,OS & AD and relevant MicrosoBt/Third party products. 3-Installation, Upgrade, Administration and Maintenance of MS SQL Server Instances. 4-The entire virtual machine related task like VM creation, migration, and convert to template, create VM from templates, resources up gradation like vcpu, vram, NIC & storage. 5-DNS, DHCP, Print Server, MS Cluster & DFS installation, configuration and troubleshooting. 6-Performing RCAs and finding resolution for permanent fixes for issues and problems leading to business impact working on Incident, Change and Problem Management.

• 1-Handled installation,configuration and administration of Window XP, Window 7/8 and Windows Server 2008/2012. 2-Installed and configured McAfee Antivirus to keep the desktop and server virus-free. 3-Manage the Windows/Linux lab for up-to-date system hardware, software,and required applications such as MS Office and Jet Edge. 4-Provided support in solving all hardware(branded systems like Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Laptops)and maintain server room infrastructure ,Network and power supply UPS systems. 5- Manage the IT asset through the entire life cycle from acquisition to disposal. 6-Configuringand troubleshooting , restoring MSOutlook MailingClient. 7-Web hosting on (internally) for testing (externally) through SonicWall for Client Demonstration. 8-Manage LAN switches , Router and firewall (SonicWall). 9-ManageActiveDirectory,assigngrouppolicies,DNS,DHCP 10-Creating power shell scripting to automate the task and customize the windows Installations.
