

I'm Lucille Andersson, VP of Sales at Teamtailor, where I lead go-to-market strategy, sales operations, and enablement.
My mission is to hire and coach high-performing teams, build forecasting and performance dashboards, and launch our first strategic local partnership and marketing teams.
I scaled France into a top-3 strategic market while growing the local organization to over 75 colleagues. With my international scope now, I support over 300 sales colleagues and plan for over 55% growth, building the operations and processes to enable that scale.
What I do best: Build repeatable GTM playbooks, forecast models, and sales strategies that improve win rates and sales velocity. Recruit, train, and coach teams to exceed targets and reduce ramp time. Launch local partnerships and marketing to accelerate the pipeline and shorten sales cycles.
