Moosehead bar and restaurant is a busy crowded outdoor seating in on one of the most visited places in malmo- lilla torg ( the small square). Here I´ve been working for three years now. Working here have been giving me the following experiences:

• Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing attentive service and anticipating guest needs.
• Maintained a clean and organized dining area, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
• Managed high volume of customers during peak hours, maintaining prompt and efficient service.
• Assisted in training new waitstaff, sharing best practices and improving overall team performance.
• Utilized strong multitasking skills to manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Professionally receiving and handling e-mails and phone call bookings.
• Ensured accurate guest information by meticulously verifying identification and reservation details.

At Eleda stadium in malmo, I worked whenever the soccer team representing malmo MALMO FF played their home games. Here i worked in several areas and positions. For example in the restaurant 1910, which is a restaurant filling up to 2000 people, in the bar " Eric´s bar, and in the shops located in different areas of the arena. Here i did the following:

• Set up banquet events according to specific client requirements, ensuring a successful event experience for all attendees.
• ,placed guests at their seats making sure every booking that were there and the bookings who didn´t appear.
• worked in the bar during peak hours, handled payments and made sure alcohol were served responsible.
• Problem solving in a stressful environment, etc. stocking, technical problems, prepping.
