Conducted data cleaning and preprocessing on datasets from OSMH/OSMI technology field psychological health surveys. Utilized algorithms to explore factors related to employees' psychological health, understand the psychological health of employees in different regions, and identify recurring patterns in survey responses.

Responsibilities:

• Data Cleaning: Employed Python and Excel for data cleaning, including removing missing values, outliers, and duplicates.
• Data Preprocessing: Prepared cleaned data for Apriori algorithm input by performing one-hot encoding.
• Frequent Itemset Mining: Utilized the Apriori algorithm to discover frequent itemsets and identify recurring patterns.
• Association Rule Mining: After identifying frequent itemsets, employed association rule mining algorithms to find highly associated rules.
• Report Writing: Wrote research reports encompassing abstracts, data cleaning processes, summaries, and suggestions for future improvements.
