• 3 winding transformer connected to SPEN 400 kV network in Eccles substation, Scotland
• With purposes to support UK power grid during shutdown of nuclear and thermal power stations. Such as voltage and frequency support
• Establish cooperation between customer, stakeholders and local organization

System Design Engineer STATCOM project to New Zealand

• 165 MVAr STATCOM.
• Voltage support to the 110 kV grid
• Design of all HV and MV components

Lead Engineer Hybrid Synchronous Condenser Project (H-SC) 2018-2020

• The world’s first H-SC which combines two existing technologies, a Synchronous Condenser (SC) and a static synchronous compensator (STATCOM).
• A collaboration project with Scottish Power
• With purposes to support UK power grid during shutdown of nuclear and thermal power stations. Such as voltage and frequency support
• Developed positive working relationships with stakeholders to effectively coordinate work activities.

• Ensured adherence to brand standards across all designs, maintaining a coherent design across the company.
• Arranged tender meetings between Center of Competence(CoC) and local HUB.
• Evaluated vendor proposals for potential contracts
• Used E3 CAD tool to create tender documentation

• Monitored and analyzed business performance to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments.
• Optimized resource allocation by conducting regular performance evaluations and providing personalized coaching for staff development.
