One of my proudest achievements is founding and developing an innovative tool through my startup, Actimate, which helps employees integrate physical activity into their workdays.

Outside of work, I live in the countryside where I enjoy gardening and spending time in nature. My husband and I also run a small farm, combining our love for agriculture with a sustainable rural lifestyle.
