Key Accomplishments

CIBC (2023) - I have received a performance review with a rating of Exceeds Expectations in both years at the bank.


Open Society Foundation (2021) – I traveled to Kiev with and met with senior Ministers and government officials, as well as Canada’s Ambassador to Ukraine to discuss investigative best practices related to criminal reform and anti-corruption.


Interpol Cooperation Against ‘Ndrangheta (I-CAN):  I was the RCMP’s sole representative on this international project, which is led by the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law (SICL) for the purpose of combatting the global threat of crimes that affect the economic integrity of the involved nations.  I collaborate with senior law enforcement personnel from 9 countries.


Commissioner’s Commendation for Outstanding Service (2020): I received the highest honour the RCMP bestows upon its members for successfully commanding an investigative team situated across Canada and the United States.  During this investigation I led by example and had historic success in infiltrating and dismantling Canada's oldest mafia family.  


Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police – Investigation of the Year (2019): As the project team leader, I was recognized for defining and managing this complex trans-national investigation.  I led a team of over 100 investigators, through all aspects of the investigation which aligned with the strategic priorities of the RCMP and built trust with our international partners.
