Responsible for comprehensive administration and optimization of the BigFix environment, including:

• End-to-end management of BigFix servers, ensuring high availability, stability, and security
• Database administration, regular patching and updates using Cumulative Updates (CU)
• Creation, customization, and automation of operational and compliance reports
• Administration of ILMT (IBM License Metric Tool) to track software usage and maintain license compliance
• Enforcement and monitoring of compliance policies across all managed servers
• Troubleshooting platform-related issues in collaboration with infrastructure, database, and security teams
• Continuous improvement of processes to increase system efficiency and compliance accuracy

Technologies & Tools: BigFix, ILMT, Microsoft SQL Server, Ansible, GitHub, PostgreSQL (basic), Windows Server (basic), Compliance & Security Tools

• Same responsibilities as in previous job, with team leader duties.

• - Work with the BigFix HC tool, from 08/2020 work with the Ansible HC tool for checking the status of the server according to the agreed technical specification
• - Communicate with the health check team and support solutions to their problems with health check results, settings, or installations
• - Basic troubleshooting, gathering material for in-depth analysis from system administrators, cooperation with the IBM BigFix development team
