- Currently working as a site manager with main responsibilities that includes managing the budget and time plan together with the project team. The team I coach and supervise consists of 30 blue collars who works in day-and night shifts and around 20 white collars.
- I conduct regular site meetings with the team, other departments in the project and weekly meetings with the client.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations, obtaining necessary permits and coordinating inspections throughout the construction process.
- Actively working on the health & safety aspect by conducting regular site inspections and enforcing adherence to safety protocols. Ensuring that the work is performed according to environmental regulations.
